When it comes to Everyday Cosplay, Disneybound really is the queen. I love their take on Star-Lord’s outfit, complete with retro walk-man. Although it is based on the outfit from the first movie, you could also add Peter’s t-shirt from the second movie, that is available from EMP.
Geeks Who Eat have done it again, with this beautiful chocolate bark, inspired by Groot. The Bark features, peanut butter and green chocolate melts to give the appearance of tree bark and peanuts for a salty sweet taste.
As I mentioned in my post about Loki, I love amigurumi figures. If there is one character destined to be a cute crochet figure it’s Baby Groot. Luckily the 53 stitches have written pattern, that is easy enough for beginners.
One of my favourite ways to show off my geekier side is by wearing geeky jewellery. Rock Love‘s Guardians of the Galaxy range is amazing. The dancing Baby Groot earrings and Candy eating Groot are adorable. However, the range also includes a “Power Stone” necklace and Awesome Mix Cassette earrings.
